Ingredients
1 bag Bowl & Basket Ez-Peel Colossal Raw Shrimp 32oz
1 Eckrich Smoked Sausage
1 Red onion
1 bottle Bowl & Basket Specialty Kentucky Barbeque
1 bottle Bowl & Basket Hot Honey
Directions

1. Heat the grill.

 

2. Defrost frozen shrimp. Once defrosted, peel off the shrimp shells.

 

3. Hook the shrimp onto the top of the sausage. Then using the shrimp as a guide cut the sausage into slices.

 

4. Take a wooden skewer and push through the sausage and shrimp. Repeat this step until you have 3 of each on the skewer.

 

5. Place on the grill. Once shrimp is pink on one side, flip over and grill the other side.

 

6. In a bowl, mix in 4:1 ratio 4 parts Kentucky Barbeque to 1 part Hot Honey. Then take a basting brush, brush sauce on to both sides of the skewer.

 

7. Enjoy these yummy skewers!
